Gaming just got a whole lot better for Xbox enthusiasts across the United States. In a collaboration between Microsoft and Barclays, the Xbox Mastercard is set to offer a unique way for gamers to get more out of their passion. No annual fees, no frills, just rewards straight into your gaming experience.

The Xbox Mastercard is designed with gamers in mind, ensuring that every purchase contributes to a more rewarding gaming experience. Earn five points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases through digital Microsoft stores, covering web, app, and console-based spending. It’s a seamless way to turn your gaming adventures into tangible rewards. For those nights when gaming takes center stage, enjoy three points for every dollar spent on eligible dining delivery services like DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, and Seamless. Good food meets great rewards.

Entertainment beyond gaming is now a source of rewards. Earn three points for every dollar spent on eligible streaming services such as Netflix, Spotify, and Kindle. Your favorite shows and music just got even better. Even everyday purchases contribute to your rewards. For every dollar spent on non-gaming expenses, you’ll still earn one point. It’s a little extra bonus for the rest of life’s adventures.

The Xbox Mastercard doesn’t just stop at points. It offers a range of enticing bonuses and perks. New cardholders are welcomed with a generous bonus of 5,000 points, equivalent to a $50 value. This exciting bonus is unlocked after the first purchase with the card within the initial 180 days of account opening. For new Game Pass members, the Xbox Mastercard offers three complimentary months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This membership opens the door to a vast library of games across the Xbox network, creating endless opportunities for immersive gameplay.

The Xbox Mastercard also empowers gamers to customize their experience. Choose from five distinct card designs to find the one that resonates with your gaming persona. Elevate your gaming identity further by customizing the back of your card with your unique gamertag, adding a personal touch to every transaction.

“Initially, the Xbox Mastercard will be available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii starting September 21, 2023, exclusively for Xbox Insiders. Microsoft has plans to expand availability to all Xbox players within the United States in 2024.”
